Cry-Fest

While during our study three weeks ago, I announced that we only have two more meetings left. It definitely left an impression upon all of us as we see the end of the line in regards to our group. I joked and said that we’ll have one more meet up and then a group dinner together. Later on, I termed that group dinner as a “cry-fest,” because I’m thinking tears will be shed on this last night.

But it made me think about what would be some things/people that I would be missing as we prepare our next stage. So I’m just going to list the things, that if all brought together at once, might bring me to shed a tear.

Substituting Peanuts for Ice Cream

If you’ve known me for any period of time, then you’ve probably heard my name associated with the word “workhorse”. Being known as a “workhorse” is a blessing and a curse. It’s a blessing because, if done properly with the right heart attitude, many things can be accomplished for the kingdom and for His glory. But recently I’ve come across this attribute as carrying a great cost.

Lock Screen

Does anyone else use the Fighter Verses app? I’ve had this app for a while and decided recently to download it again. It’s very helpful in keeping Scripture at the forefront of my mind and has a lot of neat features to help you commit verses to memory. And wouldn’t you know, I really needed it this week!
